TUBITALY PROPOSAL FORM
A proper review of your paper proposal requires that it contains adequate information to be judged.
The abstract must meet the following criteria:
Text: 250 words.
The presentation should contain:  sector of interest (see the selection criteria above); objective and/or scope of the proposed paper;  brief explanation of your overall approach, including your methods, procedures, and process; explanation of how this document is innovative for the sector.
 
SELECTION CRITERIA
Sector of interest: 1) steel & new materials for pipe industry 2) seamless tube 3) valve 4) welding processes 5) processing steps of pipes and fittings 6) measuring system.
The paper should contain significant new knowledge or experience in some field of pipe industry and application in these sectors: Chemical, Nuclear, Oil&Gas, Automotive.
Such papers must show the definite applications and limitations of such equipment and avoid marketing action and the use of trade names.
Judgement is given by a scientific committee chosen by Piacenza Expo.

The paper should be written in English, Times New Roman 12, and only sent by filling the form on www.tubitaly.it
Do not use trade names or company names.
 
GENERAL INFORMATION and CONDITIONS
Deadline: January 25, 2015
Communication to successful candidates within March 1, 2015 by email.
Presentation at the conference during Tubitaly: May 20 or 21, 2015.
Each presentation will be included in only one session and each speaker will have 20 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions.
All papers presented at the conference will be made available for download on the site www.tubitaly.it and accompanied by Tubitaly logo.
